Please see our size chart here. All our products are in US sizing.
We suggest washing all of our products on a cool 30 degree wash with no harsh soaps. Fabric softener should not be used. When drying, keep out of direct sunlight.
Please note that some of our discount codes are for one-time use only. If your order is canceled or returned, you are unable to use the code a second time.
Add the discount code at checkout and click apply. Discount codes are unable to be stacked on site-wide promotions. If the code is eligible, try typing in the code to ensure there are no additional spaces.
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item in line with our policy below.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Please scan the QR code in your parcel to arrange collection of your return, if you have any queries or issues please email hello@originalculprit.com and we are always willing to help.
The pick up will be confirmed via email. Once received in our warehouse, the team will QC the item, once QC is approved, you'll receive your refund. If your return is not approved, there will be a charge of £6.00 to send the item back to you. All returns are charged at £5.00 and this will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please also note your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be eligible for either:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to your original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and approved
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on any sale items, underwear, socks or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please follow our returns process. Once your return has been received and approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

UK: Standard delivery - 1-2 working days.
Next day delivery - order before 9PM Sunday - Thursday for next day delivery.
EU: Standard delivery - 3-5 working days.
